Investor intake
Book a 15-minute fit check.
Answer six short questions so we arrive at the call already knowing your situation. A founder responds within one business hour with a calendar link.
Fifteen minutes, not fifty
We keep it tight. Enough time to understand your situation and answer real questions.
You speak with a founder
No SDR, no gatekeeper. Deb or Naren takes the call and answers directly.
A fit check, not a pitch
If your capital is deployed, your timeline is short, or you're not accredited yet, we'll say so.
Not accredited yet? Say so on the form. We'll route you to Real Estate RX and the Short Term Acquisition Lab instead of a deal call — a better use of your time and ours.

Common questions
- Who can invest with Boston Rise Capital?
- Our offerings are made available to accredited investors under SEC Regulation D, Rule 506(c). Most of our limited partners are practicing physicians and senior technology professionals.
- What happens on the 15-minute call?
- It is a fit check, not a pitch. We ask about your prior private-placement experience, the capital you expect to deploy in the next 6–12 months, and your timeline. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you to our education resources instead.
- What is the typical minimum investment?
- Minimums vary by offering and are disclosed in the private placement memorandum for each deal. We will walk you through the current structure on the call.
- I am not accredited yet. Is there anything for me?
- Yes. Real Estate RX and the Short Term Acquisition Lab are the right starting points. Register for the webinar and we will keep you close to the deal flow until the timing works.
